Our therapy group, specially crafted for women navigating the complexities of life, offers a unique blend of traditional mental health care and the profound wisdom of yoga philosophy. Our journey is firmly rooted in the understanding that the essence of self-discovery and well-being dwells intrinsically within every woman. This recognition unfolds through purposeful introspection and a profound connection to the inherent wisdom patiently awaiting revelation.

** Please note that while our Women's Therapy Group provides valuable support and tools for personal growth and well-being, it is not a substitute for individual therapy. Individual therapy offers personalized attention and tailored interventions that address specific needs and concerns in a more focused manner. If you require individualized therapeutic support or are experiencing acute mental health issues, we encourage you to seek out the services of a qualified mental health professional. Our group complements but does not replace the benefits of individual therapy.
