As a committed mental health advocate, I'm dedicated to supporting authenticity and eliminating stigma around mental health. Outside of therapy, I enjoy staying active and engaging in activities that bring me joy and fulfillment. I love running and practicing yoga, both of which allow me to connect with my mind and body in a meaningful way. I also enjoy spending time with my family, in nature, and exploring new places, cultures and food.

At Ground and Bloom, my goal is to help people understand that taking care of their mental health is just as important as taking care of their physical health. I believe that everyone has mental health needs and there's no shame in seeking support when you need it. I want to work towards breaking down the stigma surrounding mental health and create an inclusive space where all people can find the resources and support they need to thrive. I want to empower individuals to take control of their mental well-being and prioritize their mental health as an essential part of their overall wellness.
The name Ground and Bloom means grounding - in safety and connection - and that being the tool towards transformation and blooming into an authentic self. I believe that by prioritizing our mental well-being and seeking the necessary resources and assistance, we can flourish and achieve overall wellness.
